About us

RedChild is a private non-profit, non-governmental, non-religious and non-political organization based in Geneva.

The aim of RedChild is to protect children's rights based on the principles of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Our organization aims to help children reach their full potential by providing them with basic needs such as shelter, clothing, medical care, education and protection from discrimination and any form of violence.

Our goal is to eagerly contribute to the construction of schools, orphanages, free health centers, distribution of provisions, medicine, clothes and other projects involving the well being of children. In order to successfully achieve this, RedChild seeks a strong partnership and collaboration with the local populations.

RedChild's main activities include creating new Social Businesses to pursue specific social goals, developing new projects and ensuring that children everywhere, boys and girls alike, will meet their basic needs and be able to complete a full course of primary schooling.

We welcome charitable donations, foundation grants and government support. However, aside from conventional fundraising activities, we also seek innovative means to keep our projects active.

RedChild is purely non-profit. 100% of donations we receive go straight to our current project and none of the funds raised go to administrative or other expenses. We strive to be as transparent in our fund raising as possible in order to effectively and efficiently see the results of our efforts.
